Kauneussalonki Sea You / KonCo Oy:n kauppasuhteissa yksityis- ja yritysasiakkaiden kanssa noudatetaan soveltuvaa Suomen ja EU:n lainsäädäntöä kuluttajakaupan, markkinoinnin ja mainonnan osalta.
Yritysasiakkaiden ja Kauneussalonki Sea You / KonCo Oy Oy:n välisessä kauppasopimuksessa noudatetaan ensisijaisesti näitä sopimusehtoja ja muilta osin Suomen kauppalakia.
Asiakas on velvoitettu luovuttamaan tilausta tehdessään täydelliset yhteystietonsa, jotka sisältävät kuluttaja-asiakkaalta vähintään nimen, osoitteen ja puhelinnumeron sekä mahdollisesti sähköpostiosoitteen.
Yritysasiakkailta vaadittavat tiedot ovat yhteyshenkilön nimi, puhelinnumero ja sähköposti sekä y-tunnus, postiosoite, puhelinnumero tai –numerot ja tarvittaessa laskutusosoite.
Asiakkaiden tiedot on tallennettu Kauneussalonki Sea You / KonCo Oy Oyj:n asiakasrekisteriin, jossa olevia tietoja käytetään asiakassuhteen ylläpitämiseen.
Kauneussalonki Sea You / KonCo Oy Oy:llä on lisäksi oikeus käsitellä ja luovuttaa rekisterissä olevia tietoja perusteltuja käyttötarkoituksia (kuten suoramarkkinointia) varten soveltuvan lainsäädännön mukaisesti.

Kutsu sisältää ainoastaan asiakkaan jo ostamia tuotteita. Arvostelun yhteydessä ei näytetä julkisesti asiakkaan yhteystietoja. Kauneussalonki Sea You / KonCo Oy käyttää arvosteluiden kautta kerättyjä tietoja asiakaskokemuksen, tuotevalikoiman ja palveluiden kehittämiseen.
